I'll be going overseas for a short while (approx six weeks) starting 22nd December and I'm looking for someone to take over the lease during that period. The house is in a fantastic location just off the corner of hutt and halifax street and you will be sharing with friendly Australian (female) and German (male) housemates.

The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a very spacious dining and living area along with a nice backyard. Being just off hutt street you will be right in the east end of the city, a short walk away from numerous pubs and cafes.
