We are home owners & moving out of our house at the start of Dec 09 to free it up for permanent tenants, so need somewhere to live until we will move interstate at the end of Feb 2010.
 
Looking for a house or 2x rooms for rent in the North/North East/North West suburbs, up to $350pw for a house, room rate neg.
 
We are a male & female who both work fulltime with 2 very well behaved adult dogs who live outside.  We are clean & tidy, both being home owners we know what it's like to respect property & be reliable with rental payments. References avail.
