Hi, I have new place to live while my contract is now remaining until the end of November at a new Deluxe apartment, Unilodge City West on Hindley street.

So i'm looking for a female take my remain contract at $170w (actual is 215$/w, 860$ bond) from now to the end of November.You can also sign another contract for 6/12 months afterwards at actual price.

This furnished Deluxe and very secure apartment near everything, just 2 minutes walking to City West campus, 7 minutes to Rundle Mall, City East and Uni Adelaide. It has 2 bedrooms (of which you have one) with own inside bathroom, each $215pw (exclude about $15/w utilities that i will pay for you) which set by the building owner. It's fully furnished and we have also kitchen stuff, tables, sofa, pretty LCD TV, fridge, microwave. Building has also free billard, chess, BBQ, extra kitchen with oven on 7th level.
It's a nice and very friendly chance. It's available now, i can help you to inspect it.
