  I am seeking a residency with shopfront in a small country town in South Australia. Open to any area.
 
  Looking for either a lease agreement or no deposit vendor finance. Residency needs to be three to four bedrooms. I have previous experience running my own business and now wish to go into business with my daughter who is a photographer, I am a writer.  Shopfront/area needs to be suitable for the sale of books and photography that will cater for the general public and tourist.
 
  I have good previous rental history. Property needs to have enclosed back yard to cater for dog.
 
  We are an alternative family who loves a challenge and are willing to help a small struggling town get back on their feet by introducing a new industry and fresh enthusiasm. I have been involved in initiating and helping other towns successful build monthly markets and promote tourism.
