I'm looking for a 2/3 bedroom house, and if possible the following features
- around $300/week (+ or - 10%)
- gas stove
- floorboards throughout
- a lot of kitchen cupboards
- spacious and luminous
- direct contact with owner
- carport/carpark for more than 1 car
- separate toilet
- clean, sunlit and airy
- RC AC (fans in bedrooms)
- more than 1 eletric plugs per room
- quiet area
- south and western subs, preferring south of Beverly to Marion/Clovelly Park.
