I'm a female in the late 20ies, looking for a place to share with someone as my current lease expires 12th November, and I'd like to find a cheaper and bigger place than what I have now.

I have already quite a bit of furniture, and would especially like to transfer the electricity/gas/phone/internet connections over to the new place (to avoid setups costs again).

I'm an epicurian, I love life, I live life and like cooking, etc.

I'm working part-time, busy usually but like to take time to chill out (by cooking!) and spend time with people around me.

I'm looking for a place that would have floorboards, a gas stove (if possible), a minimum of a backyard, that's light and airy, located west/south west/south/south east/east... About 2/3 bedrooms (generous in size!).

Anything I forgot to mention and something you'd like to say, please don't hesitate to let me know!
