I am looking for a 4 or 5 bedroom house to rent in the suburbs in or within 10 minutes of Campbelltown, Newton, Magill, Rostrevor, Felixstow, Marden, Payneham, Paradise, Dernancourt, Athelstone, Highbury.

I will be living in the house with my 2 children, but i am also a family day care provider, so you must be happy for me to run this business from the house.

There is a specifically designed landlord insurance available from the FDC association, which I am happy to pay out of my own pocket. Also any improvements that need to be done to the property such as saftey glassing the windows will be done at my own expense and will add value to the property.
More information for landlords from the family day care association is avaialble on request.

I have excelant references and have been at my current rental for over 2 years, unfortunately it is a unit and too small to opperate family day care from.

I would be a long term tenant looking at staying at the property for atleast 3 years.

I can afford up to about $400 a week in rent.
