Hi there,
I am breaking the lease on a house that I have been renting, located in a quiet side street of Norwood, within walking distance to the parade, the city and UniSA.  The house has two good sized bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a small front and back yard, and a lovely living area receiving plenty of natural light which overlooks the back yard. 
I've been really happy living here, but have unexpectedly decided to move interstate. 
 
I am looking for someone to take over the lease.  The house will be available starting November 28th 2009 and the lease continues until 20th September 2010.  I'm sure it would be ok extend the lease if so desired.  
 
The rent is $310 a week.
