I have recently been left by my husband and am currently still living in the same house with him due to necesity. I am looking for a granny flat or 1-2 bedroom unit to begin my new life. I have applied to return to university next year so am wanting a long term lease of at least 1 year +. I can provide references and am able to provide bond and rent in advance. I am clean, quiet and respectful and will look after the place as if it were my own. At the moment I am not too fussed where I move so all contact is appreciated.
