The house is very quiet and comfortable and sharing with clean respectable tenants all nice honest and friendly.
 
The house is large and have a large living and kitchen area with plenty of room for food storage in fridge and cupboard.  The place is always clean, tidy and comfortable with leather lounge chairs, a large dinning table, large kitchen bench to prepare food, has bbq cook tops, plenty of kitchen utensils and you don't need to bring anything. There is laundry machine and etc.
