Wanted: Dancer seeking studio/living space

I am producing a dance performance for next year's Adelaide Fringe and am looking for somewhere to live and rehearse from now until mid-March 2010. Ideally, a space that is either

* a studio/apartment with a large living area, or

* a commercial studio/warehouse/retail space with kitchen and bathroom facilities and permission to also be used as a residential space.

I need a space of at least 2m x 3m, but would prefer something larger. Floorboards are essential and high ceilings are preferred.

Pt Adelaide or Semaphore would be ideal, but I'm open to considering any offers.

I won't be playing loud music, and I dance barefoot so won't cause damage to floors.

I will be training and living alone, and am working on a tight budget, so am hoping to find something as cheap as possible. I am open to a work/trade arrangement by negotiation.
