Hi, my name is Cheryl, I am a 27yo female from Taiwan.

I am looking for a housemate to share with me in this 2 bedrooms unit.

It is a furnished master room!!

It has a queen size bed and a computer desk, and Large built-in Wardrobe.

The room will be available on 06/11/2009

We are looking for Nice, tidy and responsible FEMALE to move in.

Long term would be better.

For the matter of share bills, I'm live with my auntie now (we share one room), she is here to study English until March 2010, therefore before my auntie go back to Taiwan, you only need to pay 1/3 bills.

Sorry no couple, but two girls are acceptable.

5 mins walk to the shopping center/ KFC and bus stop 13 (174-179) 15mins go zone (OG rd near Payneham Road)

10 mins walk to the O-bahn (Klemzig station)

10-15 mins to the city by bus. (15 mins go zone)

Payneham swimming pool is just opposite to the unit.

For 1 person $130 pw + share bills

For 2 people $145 pw + share bills

4 weeks bonds

*Normally the bills will be around $10-20 pw per person (electricity and gas)

It could be cheaper depends on how you use. (I am not a person who like use much)

I've received my electrical bill last month ...it was $48 a month... about 1.6 per day devide by 2 people = $0.8

*Telephone monthly rental is $20.95 per month, if you don't use it, you don't need to pay it.

*ADSL2+ 80G is $50 per month. (3 people to share)

($16 per month before my auntie go back to Taiwan) after that will be $25 per month per person
