I am a middle aged woman with perfect rent history looking for a 1-2 bedroom unit, townhouse, granny flat or similar. I am willing to pay up to $220/wk for rental. I have a very good rental history, with superb references from past and present landlords and agents.
 
I am a non-smoker, clean and tidy. Prefer pets allowed (I have a small poodle, and would prefer to keep him)
