I'm moving out of my current place next week and still haven't found anything, despite intensive research!

I'm a female professional looking for a spacious, sunny, nice and clean sharehouse, with nice, friendly and easy-going flatmates.

I'm looking for something between prospect and marion (anything that is within 5kms approx), a fairly recent house if possible, after a sunlit master bedroom if possible (or confortable sized bedroom) preferably without furniture (can be negotiated).

I have my own furniture already (can be put into storage if needed though).

I have a car and would preferably like to be able to park it in the carport/carpark/garage if possible.

A minimum amount of backyard (I love being outdoors and growing plants to use in cooking).

A big kitchen with lots of cupboards (cooking quite a bit so have plenty), gas stove if possible, big pantry.

I'd love to be in a place where people are environmentally friendly and conscious of their carbon footprint (ie. recycling, not wasting ressources too much, etc).

If possible, no pets (at least no cat, allergic!)

I'm a lot easier than it may sound, and like to have fun and relate with the people I live with.

I am looking a staying at least a year (6months only possible). Moving out of my place 11th November.

Rent equal or lower than $120, including (some) utilities if possible.
I have furniture, so looking at unfurnished preferably (furniture could be put into storage), would like the biggest room possible as I have quite a few things for myself...

I'm after a place where I can feel at home, relax (not in noisy area) and where neighbours are nice.
