Bedding and towels provided.  Just bring your suitcase.   Large attractive home with air conditioning and your own private balcony off the bedroom.  $180 per week includes electricity, water, broadband and Foxtel multi movie and tv channels.  Upstairs bedroom with bay window, queen bed and outdoor furniture for balcony.  Other bedrooms also upstairs.  Large lounge, dining and kitchen downstairs with front and back gardens.  Washing machine, dryer, and all electricals.  Free Broadband included in bedroom.   Close to the beach.  You would share with two others.  Only mature minded professional people and university students to apply please.   Holiday makers welcome and overseas and interstate people most welcome.   (Couple might be ok price would be $220 per week.)  No smokers no exceptions.
