Wanted: Sharehouse needed close to CBD

Hi, I'm looking for a nice clean share house in a suburb close to the city (15 mins drive max).

I have recently moved back to Adelaide after living in Perth for two years. I lived in a share house in Perth but it seems sharehousing isn't as big in Adelaide as it is in Perth. I would like to live with people aged 23-35 who are similar to me. Like having fun with mates, having people around for dinner and wine, like going to the beach, enjoy live music and bands. I'm a pretty chilled out person. I am also quite tidy and like fun but always a clean homely house.

The rent I would pay is between $90 - $140. Would like to move in somewhere in December.
