The house is a two-minute walk to Grange beach, and a five-minute walk to the Grange train station which runs directly to the Central Train Station. The other residents are British, Czech, and Canadian. We are looking for a friendly and respectful 20-30 year-old individual who is studying or working in Adelaide. The ideal housemate must be clean and keen to do his/her share of light weekly chores. The house is fully furnished. Rent is $150 per week, which includes all bills including internet.

The house itself is very spacious and sunny. There is also a backyard and a space to park a car out front. Please contact us if you're interested in checking the house out.
