I'm looking for a new house-mate to share my new 3 bedroom house. The house is open planned and has spacious living, kitchen, and dining area's and is close to the beach, bus stops to the city every 15mins! And supermarkets.

Great entertaining area for summer BBQ's! I work full time, and like to eat healthy and keep fit, love to get out on the weekends for a drink or 2 and hit the beach. I'm 22 and looking for someone who is neat and tidy and will clean up after themselves, and is easy-going and relaxed.
