Female housemate preferred to share 2 bedroom unit in pleasant setting with 25 year old female. I work full time in the arts and am reliable, tidy and friendly. Social drinker but non smoker and love a good book and British comedy. I am out most weekends and at least 2-3 nights a week (I go and see a lot of plays and also perform in amateur theatre) so you would have the place to yourself a lot of the time, but I am not looking for a "party animal!"
 
The unit is very close to the O-bahn bus stop (20-30 mins to the city)and to Coles and takeaway shops, and 5 mins drive to Tea Tree Plaza. $90 per week plus bills - I also have wireless broadband available. Room is partly furnished with a dresser (with mirror and 4 drawers), built-in wardrobe and a small chest of 3 drawers. No pets please (a pet rock is fine :) )
 
Students are welcome - my previous housemates were Vietnamese and Chinese and I have everything that you need, but please be aware you would still be required to pay me rent if you go home for the holidays. Please email me if you'd like to know more - I can also send photos.
