Close to city, comfortable homestay includes nearly everything.

I am a well travelled backpacking nurse looking for an international student or similar to share my comfortable home. The rent includes a plesant fully furnished room, utilities, ADSL broadband, local phone calls and use of all amenities, linnen etc and breakfast. I live in a quiet area. Cycle to the city along the linnear park or catch one of three available bus routes only two minutes walk from home.
