very very low cost Oled screen mobile

dear sir/madam

we require Ultra low cost gsm  Mobile phonesfor India,plz provide us the best rates in US$,
plz provide all the models pictures and specifications,we need it for giving it free to our customer,
so we need very very cheap handsets of around 5$ CFr India,no matter the handset should be,OLED Screen,mono vga or full colour,only english language should be there
no fm function needed no memory required, nokia 3210,alcatel ot501,502, siemens A55,56,57 preffered
but handset should consist basic function of a mobile phone's,we are intrested in low cost refurbished and used mobiles also
and also tell us if u dealing in original Nokia,sony,Motorolla
also tell US if u have any cheap MP4 player,MP3 player,any new electronic item ranging from 2$-6$
