Less than half price of a new one. Outdoor natural gas water heater.  5 STAR ENERGY RATING.  Only a couple of years old. 150 litre capacity able to deliver 330 litres of hot water in the first hour.  Stainless steel tank. In built mixing valve with two independent controls which means the temperature delivered by the unit needn't be the same as the temperature inside the unit.  This means the water is cooled before it reaches your taps so saving lots of hot water.
We are only two people and this is a water tank for a family or high use household. It is incredibly efficient but too large for our needs.
