This DVD player plays any region any DVD movie and music cds. It is easy to operate without the remote (sadly that is gone) you could maybe link it up to a universal remote?
It has the major control buttons on the front so it has done us well even without remote.
We no longer need it as we have a bedroom tv now with a DVD built in.
