Because of the recent concern over leaching chemicals in plastic baby bottles, glass baby bottles are being reintroduced, but with a new design and safety twist: the bottle is covered with a modern sleeve that will help protect the bottle from breakage and also prevent bumping into other articles in your nappy bag.

The sleeve is free of plastics and is 100% non-toxic. The bottle and the sleeve can be boiled or put in the dishwasher together.  The plastic ring, plug and cap contain no polycarbonates and are food grade, FDA approved and recyclable. The cap and ring should be hand washed only. The sleeve provides a good gripping surface during feeding and also a great tactile experience for your baby.

These bottles are bisphenol A, phthalate, PVC and polycarbonate-free.
 
There are 2 large bottles ($17.50 each) and 4 small bottles ($12.50 each) available.  Total $85. 
 
*Also includes a spare sleeve and 2 spare tops.*
 
Playtex have a nipple that can be used in these bottles.
