It is with a very heavy heart that i sadly have to find "Harry" a new LIFE long home ;-( He is a three and a half year old alaskan malamute cross. father,purebred alaskan malamute, mother a red heeler x kelpie. I am looking for the best home for him,second best is not an option. He needs a home with NO other dogs and NO children. he is a very well trained boy who knows what a lot of words mean and is a joy to have around, he spends his days playing with his toys, he looooves it. he is a very high energy dog but as i said,he is happy to play by himself during the day if u are not around. Im looking for someone who will take him out for long runs and swims at the beach,he loooooves it and he needs it,as he has spent his life so far getting to go to the beach and come fishing with me. he looooves to go fishing! he is a good boy, he never barks unless someone or something is around the place and he dosnt dig or do anything naughty in the house or yard what so ever. if u go sit out the back with him and just watch him throw around his ball to himself, it will bring a smile to ure face, he is a classic. he is a very very smart boy as well. the reason i have to re home him is because of him and my other male dog wanting to eat each other,and i cant continue trying to keep them seperate. harry is not good with most other dogs at all. that is the only thing about him i couldnt train into him, he just dosnt like dogs unless they are extremely passive,which is rare.and he hasnt had contact with kids either and so he isnt good with them. other than that he is an awsome awsome happy,playfull,smart,extremely well trained,loyal wonderfull dog that makes me proud. i hope there is someone out there who is the right person for harry,if you are interested in buying him please email me and ile get back to u. i live at sellicks beach and we can arrange for you to come over for a chat,and to meet harry, before i decide who is the perfect person for me to re home him with. he is not de sexed, and has had a three year vaccination also. p.s. if your neighbours have dogs there wont be a problem unless u have small fences,if they are small fences he may jump up against them coz of the dogs. i have 6ft fencing and the neighbour has a dog and there is no problem, but when he comes with me to my sisters who has 4-5ft fencing he has jumped up against it a couple of times and barked at their dog.other than that, there is no issues what so ever with him, he is a gem, a one in a million.
