I have boxing experiences since 1977 at all levels and a Coach Accreditation by the Australian Sports Commision.
 
I can respond to all individual needs.
 
The gym is full equipped with 6 boxing bags, a ring, free weights, pads, medicine ball,boxing gloves, wrist weights and a punching bag.
 
 You only need to bring your own wraps. 
 
I will asses the fitness and technical level of every participant and adjust my program to your individual needs  and focus, either you want to get stronger, learn some boxing techniques, get an overall better fitness.
 
One hour usually consists of running/ skipping to warm up, strength training, technique training, working on the punching bag and with pads, endurance training and intervals. I offer programs which alternate daily, some are more focused on technique, others on strength or endurance.  I will adopt the programs to your individual needs and preferences.
 
You will train under my supervision.
 
Prices: adults $ 9 per session casual, monthly $ 75, personal coaching hours $ 35 per session
 
Men & Woman, Girls & Boys - all are welcome
 
Morning class from 7.30am to 8.30am / Saturday from 8.00am to 9.00am
Afternoon class from 6.30pm to 7.30pm
 
Additional to the fitness classes I offer professional boxing training weekdays from 5.00pm to 6.30pm
 
The gym is open for everybody weekdays from 4.30pm to 8.00pm. During that time you can train by yourself under my supervision. The fee for this is $ 5 per day.
