I am an artist. I will back myself and say I am a very good artist. The other thing that I am is crap with bookwork. I am looking for someone, preferably another artist, who is good at paperwork to be my arts agent. I would expect that we would have a mutual contract, to be renewed every 6 months. Things I would like my agent to do would be to enter me in shows, competitions and to organise gallery placements if possible. In return I will give 50% of any prize money and 50% of any monies from works sold through arrangements you have made. I work in ceramics, papercutting and some textiles. If you are an artist with some of these interests, perhaps you wouldn't mind filling out two sets of forms for any competitions you enter and taking a gamble on making some money?
