Dear Sir/Madam
Re: Employment Opportunities
As you will note from this letter, I have had over 5 years experience within the Customer Service or Hospitality Industry, in a variety of international roles. I completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in India in 2001 and then took a traineeship whilst studying a Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management in Switzerland in 2003. This enabled me to secure positions in Spain, India and the United Kingdom prior to coming to Australia. Immigrated here to settle, I am now seeking opportunities for a challenging career position within this or related industries where I could utilise and build on the personal, vocational and organisational skills developed to date.
My experiences include front office, building or property management, guest relations, customer service, and event coordination, sales, security, finance and have involved hotels, resorts and serviced apartment settings. Also i am attached with Volunteers Organisation for disability peoples. As an employee, I have worked in both isolated and team situations and have had some experience as a Team Leader and in oversight of the work of others. I thus have a wide range of skills and experiences in dealing with guests and clients in a variety of contexts; and possess appropriate knowledge, sensitivity, maturity and effectiveness in so doing.
I am a positive, adaptable and client service-oriented person; able to form effective relationships with people in a variety of contexts. My referees as listed in my resumé will attest to my enthusiasm, integrity and reliability, as well as my strong interpersonal and communication skills. Also i am having current police clearance and first aid certificate. I would welcome your consideration of me for any position in your Group that you may be considering in the near future as full time or part time and casual.
I would be very happy to meet with you personally to confirm the value I could bring to your company.
I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
Yours sincerely,
Sandeep Ghotra
