I am offering an excellent part-time role for someone with commercial HelpDesk / Desktop Support experience.
 
This is a contract position that will run until at least January 2010 so is a fantastic opportunity to earn some good cash without affecting your lifestyle over the Xmas and New year party season!
 
As part of a job share arrangement you will be required to work 2-3 days per week on a busy IT Service Desk with a major Australian Corporation providing technical support and customer Service to their enterprise user base.
 
Skills Required:
 
- Windows 2003 / XP / Vista support
- Microsoft Office 2003/2007 support
- Call-logging software (INFRA, HEAT, Remedy etc)
- PC / Laptop build
- Impeccable communication skills
- Manual application deployment (desirable)
