Wanted: Seeking barwork/hospatality work

Dear Sir/Madam Manager:

My name is Craig Murdock, and I have recently returned from travelling abroad. At this time I am anxious to get back into the workforce. I am currently seeking employment in the Hospitality industry.

Hospitality is my preferred industry. I had been a director of my father’s hotel for a short time. My duties included, Bar work, TAB, Order taking, Re-stocking of fridges, handling of the days/weeks total income etc.  I have recently completed my CERT 3 In Hospitality, through the Quality Training Company here in Adelaide.

Although I have no recent experience, I’m a quick study and I understand the bar industry very well. Given the chance, I will be a tremendous asset to your establishment.
