Foxtel Lap – Fundraiser for Murdoch Children’s Research Institute  
We require volunteers to help out at the Foxtel Lap, Adelaide on Thursday 5th November and Friday 6th November 2009.  This is a fantastic opportunity for Event or Sporting students.    
Volunteers will be given the chance to observe a large scale event being managed from behind the scene.  You will also learn a great deal about the Event Industry and get a fantastic insight into the way events are produced.  Volunteers will receive a certificate of appreciation for their assistance which can be placed in their professional files/resume.   
 
SET UP DAY -  Thursday the 5th November Volunteers will be assisting with the set up of the event which will include set up of screens, treadmills, showbags, banners ect and would take place between 9am – 5pm.
EVENT DAY - Friday the 6th November would include assisting participants, time keeping, providing water/refreshments for the participants ect.  This would take place from 7.30am – 7pm and would be divided into two shifts.
