I'm looking for budding music writers to contribute to a new fanzine that we're looking at producing in the Adelaide city area.
It will probably be a monthly publication.
The fanzine is to fill the noticeable gap of intelligent music journalism - and will mostly be think-pieces, interviews, observations and a few columns - and is intended to be an alternative to NME and Rolling Stone and all that boardroom rubbish.
We've never produced a fanzine so its going to be a learning curve here.
Music focus is decent music - from 60s to today...buzz bands like Bloc Party, Florence and the Machine and Arctics won't be excluded but won't be buzzed either.
You don't need any experience to apply. Just have one piece of writing that you've produced, any length/style/topic.
